The Città Nuova ETS Foundation is a nonprofit, RUNTS-registered foundation, which since 2006 has had the overall goal of pursuing the dissemination and deepening of culture, with special reference to the’education and education of young people.
La mission of the Foundation, is strongly oriented toward the educational dimension realized through the care, enhancement and accompaniment of young people approached in their totality and complexity.
The Foundation pays close attention to social integration policies, the prevention of various forms of youth distress and dropout phenomena, experimenting with educational methodologies aimed at promoting the reconnection of those who have dropped out of school or who present at-risk situations.
For the purpose of pursuing its educational mission, the Città Nuova Foundation from its inception to the present has activated actions aimed at fostering:
- the Preparation and start-up of young people for work, l’social integration of foreigners, people with disabilities and members of disadvantaged groups;
- the emergence of multi-purpose community centers for young people, introducing experimenting with co-management modes where especially young people can access a new plurality of proposals, such as those pertaining to personal and career guidance;
- inclusion in school-to-work alternation paths, technical and vocational training, school support activities, and cultural activities.
